Stephanie Ferrando

Over the last 30 years Stephanie and Lou Ferrando have spent countless hours of time visiting the lowcountry. In 2019 they decided to make the move full time.

Stephanie began her real estate career working with some of the top producing real estate teams in the Athens, GA area. During this time, she focused primarily on buyer representation, and over a couple of years she was able to help numerous clients purchase their primary residence. While Stephanie is well versed in buyer representation, she is also highly experienced when it comes to the marketing, listing and selling process of residential real estate. After gaining years of experience, Stephanie is now a lead agent helping both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. Stephanie’s strongest attribute is her strong dedication to her clients and overall service. She is a member of the Circle Of Achievement with the Athens Area Association of Realtors.

When not assisting clients, Stephanie loves spending time on the area beaches, dining at favorite local eateries, vacationing at Walt Disney World and spending time with friends and family. She has three grown children, with the youngest attending the University of Georgia.
