JoAnn Barnard

Originally from Bergen County, NJ and Rockland County, NY, Jo Ann and her husband (Paul) relocated to Bluffton, SC in 2017. Jo Ann's first career was in secondary education as a high school and college counselor for 23 years. Paul was a real estate attorney. They met and married in Nyack, NY, and now live in the Rose Hill community of Bluffton. Jo Ann enjoys walks with her ten year old Lab, Chloe, cooking, gardening, pickleball and water aerobics. They have two grown sons, Evan and Kyle.

Jo Ann earned her New York State real estate license in 2004, specializing in residential properties in Rockland and Westchester counties. Her focus has always been on listening carefully to client's questions, needs and wish lists while building relationships of trust.
