I’m going to share a bit about myself, should you be interested. If not, skip over the next paragraph. I won’t be hurt! Then, I will move right into the meat and potatoes of how I do business, because this is about YOU not me!
I’ve been married for over 30 years. My husband and I have a grown son, two very spoiled dogs, and a cat with an attitude problem. We’re proud Ohio natives who happened to fall in love with the lowcountry. In addition to real estate, I am a freelance writer, most recently a contributing writer for Real Producers Magazine; a real estate industry publication. Finally, I enjoy reading, music, travel, hiking, kayaking, the beach, jet skiing, and becoming acquainted with new buyers and sellers!
EXPERIENCE AND AREA KNOWLEDGE: I have been a licensed, full-time real estate agent, since 2005. My office is on Hilton Head Island. I know its’ many developments and regimes, as well as those in Bluffton and in the fast-growing communities of Sun City, Margaritaville, Hardeeville, Okatie, & more. Real Estate, however, is not just about knowing towns and neighborhoods. It is about knowing homes…knowing loan officers & title attorneys…knowing home inspectors & contractors…knowing contracts…knowing the market and how to market…knowing fellow agents…and on and on. Most importantly, it’s knowing that buyers & sellers need an agent that they can trust and rely on, to get them through the bumps in the road, on the way to their final destination!
BUYERS: Buying a home should not fill you with anxiety! I will walk you through the home buying process, every step of the way, always letting you know what your options are. If necessary, I can connect you with reputable lenders, home inspectors, contractors, etc. So, relax, I’m here to help you find your dream home and, hopefully, have some fun in the process!
SELLERS: I know you’ve heard it before, “Location. Location. Location.” I know that there is much more to it than that, so I say, “Location. Condition. Price. Communication.” Why? To successfully sell your property, you need an agent, like myself, willing to be honest with you. When it comes to pricing, I will advise you according to BOTH comparable property selling prices AND current market conditions in your area. Once your home is on the market, I’ll continue to be candid, while keeping you updated often, providing you with feedback, and recommending any changes that may be necessary. I will do all of this and, when the time comes, assist you through the negotiation process. I want what you want; your property SOLD!
